Is it just me, or does Ornn W hitbox not match the visuals very well?

I am red-green colorblind, and I know I cannot see the Ornn ult indicator lines well at all, so is it just me or does the final burst of red flame from Ornn not match the hitbox? It doesn't look like it should be hitting all four test dummies but it does.
