Veigar change (DFG Compensation? More like Nerfs)

After the removal of the DFG, Veigar players found it a bit tough to secure more kills than usual, but with the recent change its become basically annoying to play him, Event Horizon now has to cast a 1.75 second animation (i timed it, so none of this 'no its 0.75 seconds business, anf is completely unnecessary and completly takes away from his basic tool kit to secure his own kills or escape from death) and making his Q a skill shot really makes farming a pain in the rear especially since now anything from a Yi and anything else can simply swerve around it and outplay Veigar easily now seeing that his farming tool and go away tool has gone into the wind. a Simple Mana reduction on skills would've been good as a buff, but changing him like the way he is now, its gonna make him into a really unpopular champ. Please Riot, just return to us our angry little yordle the way he used to be and stop trying to fix what isn't broken and fix what is broken, like the hit box detection in game.
