MMR system is bugged

I have a 70% winrate in ranked right now. But i'm still only getting 18 LP per win and lose 20 LP per loss. All because a broken system believes i should be in silver it make it nearly impossible to climb efficiently. You would think after a 10 game winstreak the MMR would change. But no, it actually gets lower. Riot support provides 0 help and just says "win more games" I'm like HOW MANY MORE.

I have a similar issue, I was d4 before the rank reset and started at around p4. After my first win I only got 30lp and it kept lowering to 18. After finishing my placements i'm p3 and now getting 15lp per win despite having a 73% wr. It's pretty much killed all my drive to play ranked this season since now I have to win 66% of my games to even have a chance at climbing.

I have the same issue but riot support won't help
