Custome Games (More Customizable)

Straight to the point, I want custom games to be more customizable. What I mean is the lack of options that a custom games has. My friends and I love to play catch/kill the Teemo ( custom game mode which involves no laning) and we almost always have a blast. The issue with this custom game is the minions. You cannot have a very long game or minions will start to push on the nexus and create gold differences by destroying towers. Because of this, people become upset at the unfair game and how short the games are. Some suggestions to make custom games better are as follows: Options for outer tower spawns, options for item bans, options for champion bans, and options for minion spawns. Just with these changes, I feel that custom games can have a lot more potential for variety.
