As much as i am looking forward to the morg visual update

i don't know if im even going to be playing this game by the time it goes live

_horrific _celerity changes, with no other rune in that row being even remotely viable. becuase u cant bring yourself to nerf ,, might as well makes mages even WORSE.. not to even mention the champ who are 100% reliant on it it even be VIABLE such as my own main who will _easily _lose 2-5% winrate because of the 10 ap she wont have on her first clear/ gank/ scuttle contest
