Where are the keys

does anybody know how the key reward system work now? I know riot wants to tone down the amount of free skins people get, but i literally have not gotten a single key(with the exception of 2 from the honor system) in like 2 months.

You only get them from the honor system. I haven't had any problems getting 12 fragments/month minimum. Are you perhaps close to hitting honor 5?

If you are not honoring players after the game u wont get the key fragments.
