Kleptomancy is the most Broken thing

Kleptomancy on ADC's in particular is insane. The early game sustain of free pots both mana and health, wards, adaptive power bonuses and gold is just insane. I usually get a minion wave worth of gold from JUST the Kleptomancy before my first back. The other runes are good for late game but not as great at early game. Precision has the tempo AS boost, the DMG boost, and the MS heal. The MS heal is great for sustain, but the other two aren't as great in the early game with the low dmg outputs. Anyone else try it out?
