stuped ziggs

Ive played many matches and against every champion and the number 2 out of my top 10 champions that i h8 is ziggs number 1 spot going to Darius with his Upgraded Garen ult that can literally kill and entire team by him self. Ziggs was already a strong champion before one of his buffs. He has long range in skills Which makes it difficult to reach him But thats not the problem. The problem is that even though im destroying him in lane he can literally 2 shot my tower even if im under it protecting it. and i have lost some games because the ziggs just roams around not really fighting the other champions and just destroying tower after tower easily and it really just doesnt make it fun going against him if he can just do that.
