Riot took the perfectly okay Season 6 Jungle, and broke it twice

Season 6 was fine for the jungle. Besides from a select few champs, nothing really stood out as way too strong compared to the other roles.

And then you made it great for a third of the jungle roster and ruined it for the rest. I read a post that actually said that the changes targeted champions with reliable aoe damage. That's bullshit and you know it is. You spent 6 seasons making champions for the jungle and then just wrote off most of them? And that's not even the worst part.

Because then you took the jungle, not the problem champions THAT YOU PUT INTO POWER, and made it the weakest role in the game in a single patch. That's honestly really impressive riot. If I hadn't switched to maining mid halfway through season 6, I'd certainly do it now. The jungle is practically unplayable right now. The problem champions are even significantly weaker. You had the opportunity to fix hecarim, vi, lee, zac, etc. but you decided to fuck ALL of them. I don't get it. Even when playing those champions, who are supposed to be strong, I'm falling behind in levels and cs to my solo laners. The jungle in itself is a solo role and deserves as much xp at least as mid or top. The lack of xp makes leveling up and getting stronger take a lot more time and that leads to longer clear times. Imagine if you did this to any other role.

Let's take mid lane for example. Let's say that Ahri is a bit too strong (which she is). Lets apply this design philosophy to mid lane shall we. All mid lane minions gain 50 mr. The mid towers block all magic damage from autos. You see what just happened right? We took ahri, the problem, and made it difficult for ahri AND any other ap midlaner in the game. It doesn't make any sense and I don't see why you did that.

I'm not going to sugar coat it and give little change ideas. What you need to do is take the entire jungle, and revert it back to season 6. It's as simple as that. If you want JUNGLE CHAMPIONS to be effective IN THE JUNGLE then the jungle needs to tailor to the large majority of the champion pool and not just the ones you gifted with aoe clearing.
