Separate Dynamic players from solo

People always complain that its D5 where people are getting boosted too and I'm like trying getting into gold. Seriously its problem down here just as much as it Diamond. I was shocked after a game that someone tried adding me as a friend that I never meet only to be informed after accepting that he was some player that was boosting who wanted to offer me his/her services. I immediately declined and unfriended. Boosting is just too easy with dynamic queue and it seems like its happening all over the ladder. I'm tried of my games feeling more luck based than skill. If you want to keep ranked dynamic queue then fine but give me a separate ladder that keeps me away from those players and a lot more frequently mismatched games.
