At 30 seconds in, you see the champions playing Dominion.

Not "Definitely Not Dominion", that's regular old Dominion. You can tell because they are capturing the bottom left point, which is locked in Definitely not Dominion.

So, Riot, how should I interpret this?

Will I be able to once again break out my Dominion Solo Bot Illaoi?
