Matchmaking wish: option to not pair me with surrender-ers as often.

Playing as Kayle, a mid-late game champ, I'm always having to coach people off the cliff, saying "just give me a chance to get to 11 and a lot changes then" meaning, I can occupy her true role, which is a more ranged fighter instead of having to get up close and melee you with half of your melee tank's health (usually)

Surrender proposals per game indicate how titled you get. I personally start a surrender maybe twoo or three times a night with about 5-7 games played.. and usually when its definitely over (like 2:1 team kills or 3:1 team kills)
