Vladimir's Hemoplague should spread to others like a plague

Just as the title says. His ult should have some effect like if an ally is in XXX range of you when the ult damage "pops" that ally should then get infected with the plague. Or it could work just if you get near someone who has it you get it for the remaining duration. Either way it should spread. Would give a very unique effect without really breaking much as well as adding some new play/counter play strategy.
