Best runes for Yasuo top?

I run mai boi Yas down mid, which i use Precision primary and Domination secondary. For my primary runes, I go Conqueror, Triumph, Legend: Alacrity, and Coup de Grace. For my secondary runes, I go Taste of Blood and Ravenous Hunter. The question is, should i use this rune page for top too or should i change it up a bit?
