Point Runner line small change ideas for PBE

Current PBE version:

• Recipe: (now cost 800) + (now cost 150) + 250 (=1200)
• Stats: 40 armor, 125% health regen

So far their are no changes to the passive. So I was thinking:

• UNIQUE – POINT RUNNER: Grants +20% bonus movement speed that build up over 2 seconds when near turrets (including fallen turrets). While in combat this bonus builds up in haf of the duration.

• UNIQUE – POINT RUNNER: Grants +20% bonus movement speed that build up over 2 seconds when near turrets (including fallen turrets). While in combat this bonus builds up in haf of the duration. When the movementspeed is fully buildup you gain 20% slow resist.

• UNIQUE – POINT RUNNER: Grants +20% bonus movement speed that build up over 2 seconds when near turrets (including fallen turrets) or Void Gates. While in combat this bonus builds up in haf of the duration. When the movementspeed is fully buildup nearby Voidspawns will gain 10% more movementspeed.
