Autofill is making my queues longer because of dodged lobbies

Ya I get into a lobby in 2 minutes instead of 4-6 like last season (which was fine like why does it need to be shorter). Then someone says "wtf I don't play jg/support/____ I don't even have runes for it" and dodges lobby after no one wants to trade.

I just had 3 failed lobbies in a row, the first two I got mid/jg like I queued for and then the 3rd time I was the one who got support. I'm not playing my first ranked game as support ever, on a 450ip champion I only bought forever ago to play ranked at all. so I dodged.

This took about 20 minutes total. Can't we just wait 4-6 minutes like before to get the roles we chose? I would be fine with more even, like 7min average
