BC should be 10% from 20% cooldown Titanic Hydra is a great item Ravenous Hydra needs a buff. it's replaced by Death's Dance (Makes players surprisingly tanky)

Also;

Ghostblade + Duskblade is super strong right now; I think the prices are too cheap for how strong these two items are together.
