Main points are in bold

Passive: Janna and nearby allies have 5% increased movement speed.

Howling Gale (Q): Janna summons a whirlwinds that deals 60/85/110/135/160 (+75% Ability Power) magic damage to enemies in its path. It can be charged for 3 seconds, each second it charges it gains 25/30/35/40/45 magic damage and knocks up for 0.25 seconds and travels 35% further. Activate again to release the whirlwind early. The tornado will disappear if Janna is not within 900 range of it.

Zephyr (W): Passive: Increases Movement Speed by 6/7/8%/9%/10% (+[2% Ability Power]%) and allows movement through units.

Active: Deals 80/130/170/220/270 (+80% Ability Power) to an enemy and slow their Movement Speed by 24/28/32/26/40% (+[6% Ability Power]%) for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds. Passive benefit is lost while Zephyr is on cooldown.

Eye of the Storm (E): Shields an allied Champion or turret for 5 seconds. The shield absorbs up to 70/105/140/175/210 (+65% Ability Power) damage.

Monsoon (R): Summons forth the might of the wind to knock surrounding enemies back and restores 100/150/200 (+40% Ability Power) Health to nearby allies each second for 3 seconds, knocking back enemies slowing for 40% for 1.5 seconds. If Howling Gale is activated, it will target the nearest enemy that was knocked back by Monsoon.

I took away some of Janna mid's old broken problems and took away some utility in exchange for some damage. Janna mid was a thing back then, but was completely broken because she could auto clear waves from a very safe distance. She also had a bunch of utility with some pretty good damage, Riot quickly butchering her damages after it was played in the LCS, or I'm just talking about of my ass because patch 3.14, a lot of supports damage got nerfed a lot in exchange for more utility. I thought this was fun to make and I want to see your guy's experience if you went against a Janna mid one time.
