Truncate report options!!!

Four options: Toxicity, Leaving/AFK, EULA violation (botting, advertising, abusing services, etc.) and possibly Refusal to Communicate or something for that sort of behavior.

Separating toxicity into a million subcategories but ultimately branding it toxicity in the end is a bit redundant, so truncating the report system might streamline things. This will also adapt to the rise of service disobedience like the script-users and their ilk, while addressing the ever infamous leaving/AFK.

Refusal to Communicate should be in but I want to hear an opinion on that-- if somebody cannot communicate with their team (language barrier), is it a detriment to the team that they cannot do so, and should they be punished, or at least notified, or given a server move? Is it a non-issue that does not belong beside these ones?

Are there any other issues that aren't (arguably) addressed under the topics of Toxicity, Leaving/AFK and EULA/TOS violations? Note that toxicity, in this case, should be considered to include: intentional feeding, autolocking, intentional poor play and other gameplay faux pas; verbal harassment and within that, racism, prejudice, sexism or bigotry at discretion, of course).

Nobody should be punished for being unable to communicate; it is only when someone refuses to communicate that there is something worth dealing with. This strikes me as a very NA problem. I can't imagine how many languages the EU servers see, and even some East Coasters have switched to LAN (which I would think would speak predominantly Spanish) to improve their ping.

Unskilled Player as a report option has done nothing but promote toxicity and waste Rito's time with pointless reports.

Autolocking abuse ? You can't be serious .

Also if you have members of you're team being abusive or toxic, not communicating with them can get you reported. This is a huge flaw with the current system that needs to be addressed. Players cant mute toxic players without running the risk of being reported for not communicating with their team, although they may still be using correct pings letting teammates know all important and relevant issues that can arise.

You left out negative attitude(I think that is one). I don't really know where this possibly falls under because having a negative attitude can mean different things. It could mean you give up and AFK, it could mean you just don't listen to your teams "calls", it could mean you spam FF or something or just whine in your teams chat saying there's no hope, but this isn't technically "toxic" per say as they aren't actually "hurting" or trying to actively make their team lose, they are just at most lowering the morale of their team.
