Any chance the "rotating" mode will actually unlock later today?

I won't lie- getting everyone (including myself) all worked up over draven mode and then dropping the rotating mode (starting w/ urf) sometime today would be the most epic april fools day prank ever...

prob too good to be true, but a guy can dream right?
