@meddler Obligatory Lucian buffs post

Well I started this patch I'm still testing but he is right back to feeling like he did before the lethality buffs and that's pretty darn bad. Any chance he gets a direct buff in 7.5? He falls off harder and does less damage early this patch seems to have gave him two more indirect nerfs again like he got when armor pen and fervor got changed. Is there anyway we can actually get him in a decent spot without having to have a certain mechanic just be op.
