Low Priority Queue and Remakes

I am a person who disconnects a lot due to a trashy router and isp. So I get leaverbuster maybe 2 times a month. However, that is not what I am talking about, I was recently in my last game of 20 min low priority queue for this set. However our top laner did not connect and the game was remade. It did not count towards leaverbuster and I had to wait another 20 minutes for the following game after pressing play again on the end screen. I believe the low priority queue should be waived after a remade game should the player press play again at the end screen for the next game. Thats just my thoughts on the topic, pretty annoying to deal with but let me me know how you guys feel about this too. Maybe Riot will see this.
