Urgot's Q Range Indicator is gone?

So I rolled Urgot in ARAM today. I use Range Indicators, but I noticed that Urgot's Q doesn't have one anymore.

Did Riot silently remove it in a past patch?

His Q is back to how it worked before they were added, an enforced smart-cast.
