Auto cast a spell when using it beyond max range

Hello everyone !

A long time ago, I remember that Ziggs' Q got a gameplay update : The bomb is throwed at max range, in the direction of the cursor, if it's used beyond max range. I'd love to see that becoming an option that we would be able to toggle on/off, like smart cast, so people would not be forced to use it.

For example, sometimes, with Syndra, I fail my Q + E combo by clicking a bit too far, so the Q is not cast, the E is used, but for nothing, and that fail can be deadly for the user. It could be really useful on many champs, Cassiopeia, Zyra, Xerath, Singed, I didn't checked for many champs, but I guess it would be the same for Leona, Nami, Nidalee... Every skillshot that you can cast precisely in an area around you.

That's an option that, to me, could help many people by improving their gameplay, or they could decide to simply not use it.
