On the topic of buffing champions with low winrates

Currently having a winrate of 44.2% (One of the lowest there are), is one of the weakest champions in the game played in solo queue. Probably the only reason he isnt getting touched is because of how half the community bitches about him for no reason. every other champion with a low winrate is getting buffed by riot.

He's finally balanced for competitive play as a jungler, so it's likely we won't see any buffs without kit changes to go with them to make him less of a dominant jungler in LCS.
