This has been mentioned before but

Why am I not able to go to the shop and look at all the skins I OWN. Especially with this Hextech crafting, you can easily forget what skins you own. The only way to see what skins I have is to go to a third-party site. It'd be so simple to do and I don't understand why Riot hasn't added this yet.
