AP Jungler PBE Nerfs

So are we not allowed to have AP junglers? Seems like anytime we take a step forward, we are slammed 20 steps back. For trading off spelltheifs line, which provided AP junglers a much needed set of stats, we get a measly 20 AP bonus on runic. We just started the season. Really?

I'd really want to get a context on how this is a fair trade.

BTW the changes to the line also fucked my ap choices for support so thanks!
