I Really Want Riot To Show Us Our MMR

I mean, it's not a secret that it exists, and I really don't know why Riot refuses to show us what we should expect from our allies and enemies. I used to be satisfied with OP.GG until yesterday, when it told me that I would probably in gold 4 when I had 6 wins and 3 losses in my placements. Yeah, I won the last game and ended up in silver one. Also, keep in mind that this account had never played any ranked games before these ten placement games, and all my friends were telling me that even if I won all 10 games, I would be lucky if I even got silver 5. That proves to be bullshit in both the end result of my placements, and the fact that I had a who was plat last season in my final game. I mean, I'm not salty because I did bad or anything, because I really didn't. I'm just really confused.
