Looking for team 3v3 to get out of (Bronze I) league (EUNE)

Looking for a serious team 3v3 to get out of Bronze I league, since I don't have any team I always get into a team of noobs and Feeders against DIAMOND most of the time and believe me even if I score good in my team, we lose because we always have a feeder in the team or a bad jungler.

I mostly play bot/top and sometimes Jungle if necesary.
