Where is TF on the Meta?

Soo, between tanks killing everything without taking a scratch, Twitch/Zed/Talon being top assassins, and supports generally feeling more like machines than actual effective people, i've kinda been wondering.

how's TF, twisted fate doing on the meta? last time i checked he was quite boring, quite low, and unplayed much.
