Does RITO put you with bad players when you buy a champion?

4 times played as Bard Support, 4 times lost First match with Bard: 1/10/2 Mid Ekko which fed TEEMO (auto lost) Second match with Bard : 6/12/6 Top Yasuo (which of course blamed the rest of the team) and 6/11/14 ADC Twitch Third match with Bard : 2/3/2 Jungler Lee Sin , 0/2/0 ADC Ashe, 1/3/1 Top Mundo, 1/5/0 Veigar. Fourth match with Bard: 1 AFK and 1 Orianna "with really bad lag" which ended with 1/11/3 I know what you all are thinking "Git gud and carry" or "You're not any better, you still have a lot of deaths."

1. How do you expect to carry team as Bard Support?
2. Yeah, I'm not that better, but when you try to save the ADC you often die.
