Low Prioriity Queues RE-waiting Changes Plz?

Recently my computer crashes and causes me to jump in low priority queues often. I went downstairs to do a get something knowing that 1 minute was left on the LPQ. I came back up and found that I just missed the accept button as a watched the 3 bars waved me to my demise of another 20 minute wait. I am starting to dislike this 20 minute wait to play a 30 minute game and I've wanted to just quit League because of even after the Blue Screen, I come back and win the game and still but into 5 20 minute waits. THATS 100 minutes of just waiting to play a game that I like. Possibly, people who have waited the allotted time do not have to wait if they rejoin queue for the next I dont know 2-5 minutes? I dont know its just redonkulous that i waited 20, didnt touch the button and have to RE-wait another 20 minutes. I waited longer to play a game shorter than the wait.
