Azir QoL Request: Let us AA without the Soldier

Right now, if Azir right clicks on an enemy within range of his soldier, the soldier stabs the target. That means a soldier wind-up, AoE damage, and all sorts of things. What if when you left-clicked on an enemy within a soldier's range, Azir himself AA'd the target. This would give Azir better ability to CS since he wouldn't have to adapt as constantly between soldier damage and his AA damage. It would also allow functionality not dissimilar to turning off Choggy's spikes.

This is in line with what Meddler has said about wanting to improve his laning a bit without going overboard.
