I think the concept is fairly cool but this is the second "poacher's" item to fall by the wayside. I think I saw on lolking that at it's height, the first day it came out, it was picked in just .4% of games. Is it just that hard to balance a counter-jungling item? I think counter-jungling overall is known as a powerful tactic as we've seen with Ivern lately so I'd love to see it be more rewarding beyond just "experience and gold I stole".
I've been wanting to use it as nobody wards in low elo but giving up the abilities on the far superior jungle items is just too difficult.
Right now it should work really well, since the jg meta is early game counter jungling focused. The biggest problem is that lethality is undertuned, and so are the items that come with it. Don't worry about it's pick rate, most low elo junglers just don't like to risk invading or even know when they can, so the item is just a waste of gold. For example, I never buy Zhonya's from the sheer fact that I either forget to use it or misuse it.
