Ok laning
I'd like to see more reasons to have aggressively roaming lanes. I'd like to see every chance we get to have a reason to keep lots of pressure on every lane. Who's with me? I'd like to see Items that can open up aggressive roaming tactics early. I'd like to see a new pace in game that allows for even faster lane pressure shifts. I also would like to see URF speeds enabled in ranked, and unranked play. I'd like to see buff caps removed, like the 40% cap on cooldown reduction. I don't want this whole starting with short timers thing, just make it achievable to be able to put that much focus on speed, and cooldown reduction, but also give some more item (like a whole new tere that comes from using the old top items as build items) to counter the speed with even more health, armor, LS, AP, AD et f'n c. I'd also like to see champs who's abilities affect one another's in way that you can chain well timed attacks (I know there are a few, like malphite and Yasuo) but I'd like to see other effects such as Ashe and Brand's abilities being able to work together, like Brands fire modifying Ashe's arrows. So say she fires through his Fire explosion thing her arrows should gain a fire bonus (two warring magics, ashes ice, and brands fire) can cause like a small splash damage effect, or perhaps the heat from his abilities also give ranged auto attacks a bit more range (the updraft from brands heat). There are all sorts of little effects that could be tiny, and yet with perfect timing could sway a game right on the brink. I'd like to see tiny detailed changes and small effects that are barely noticeable, and yet under the right teamwork can make a good difference. On the other side of that I'd also like to see the champ's abilities able to counter the abilities of others, I'd also like to see under the right circumstances that the interactions of the different magics and abilities of each team can sometime collide in global aoe effects, that affect both sides, they could be good, they could be bad, but they hit everyone. Oh and lastly, I'd like to see Baron and dragon become an actual threat to anyone who wanders too close. Not just anyone who hits them. I'd love to see Baron suddenly interrupt a team fight simply because you are near his lair. And he should be so dangerous that only the lucky run away, because for the most part Baron's gonna kill a few, it would add a little chaos to the game, and kinda force both teams to have to work together or die sometimes, if both sides don't pay attention to what monsters spot they fight at. Also give the monsters all range, let the rock guys suddenly become a pile of rock as a chmp approaches, and add enough stones to the terrain that their little camo would actually work well enough to add a little challenge to finding them. Let the golem walk around his side of the forest attacking anyone who he finds.let the wolves, and all of the monsters be aggressive. Give them some BOT AI too. all of them. Just don't let them roam from their part of the forest unless they are chasing. But make the payoff equal to the work, make it hard though. Oh sorry lastly, break up the grassy areas throughout the forests, make running through them a matter of appearing and disappearing from clump of grass to clump of grass. Just saying.
