A suggestion for the proposed Kennen changes on the PBE

Hey friends, humble D3 Kennen enthusiast here. Currently on the PBE, AD Kennen has recieved some nice QoL buffs. They're fine, and I take no issue with that premise. However, Kennen's E resistances have been changed, and that's what concerns me. Before, he would get 10 -50 armor + MR on cast for four seconds. However, it's been changed to compensate for these buffs, and now immediately goes away once your E is cancelled. This is an unintended hit to AP Kennen. It might seem nitpicky, but remember that Kennen is a super squishy champion and is really susceptible to ganks. The extra two seconds of armor and MR really make a difference, even if it doesn't seem like it. Also, when it comes to late game, that extra 50 MR and armor is a pretty big deal when considering the health you build from your core items. Staying alive that much longer can be the difference of staying on the ADC for that one last tick of your ult you need before you have to Zhonya's to survive. Nowadays, Zhonya's is also a much later built item on Kennen in general situations, and is only built early as a counter to lockdown champions or AD comps.

My proposed change is this: if E is cancelled at any point, have the resistances disappear. However, if E isn't cancelled for the full duration, have the resistances stick around for the two extra seconds. This sets up two dynamically different situations that fit the different playstyles: AD Kennen has to cancel his E to continue autoing and won't receive the resistances as intended, while AP Kennen who has no use to cancel his E other than to use an empowered W (which in general is used as a last resort anyway) can benefit from the resistances to stay alive.

Again, it might be biased to act like this is an issue, but Kennen's been in a pretty bad spot up until the recent locket nerfs (god fucking bless), and I'd hate to see him knocked down even by a minor change. I hope you take this into consideration. Thank you for giving Kennen some much needed attention.
