5.5: Cinderhulk is introduced. 5.6: Sejuani is nerfed. 5.7: Cinderhulk is nerfed. 5.8: Ryze rework (I don't know why I listed this) 5.9: Nerfed Cinderhulk again. 5.10: Sejuani nerfed again.

5.12: Runeglaive is introduced. 5.13: The end of the world. Sated Devourer exists, and Runeglaive has more AP. 5.14: Runeglaive is buffed in the jungle, nerfed in lane. 5.15: Nothing. 5.16: Cinderhulk gets a mid-game buff but a late-game nerf.

You see what I'm getting at here? Runeglaive and Sated Devourer have had 0 changes since 5.14 (for Runeglaive) and 5.13 (for Sated). Cinderhulk's main beneficiary, Sejuani, was nerfed after one patch, but 2 users of Runeglaive were nerfed since the creation of it. And one of them was buffed before then, so it breaks even. Cinderhulk was nerfed two patches after it was created, but Sated hasn't been touched since it was made, 3 patches ago. At least Runeglaive has gotten tweaks, but we haven't seen jack-diddly-squat about Devourer or any users since its release. OH WAIT! KAYLE GOT A NERF! SHE LOST 5 AD! Seriously, it isn't that important. It's like the people at Riot saw PoE use Kayle Devourer mid, decided to nerf her, but didn't want to commit too hard to something with so little research. For such an overall strong item, Devourer has seen so little changes. And by little changes, I mean 0 changes. It's confusing.
