Cunning Level Two for Supports?

As the title suggests I want to bring some attention to the second level of the cunning mastery. As of the jungle update the longer neutral monster buffs are practically non existent now are they not? Even if I'm wrong that one only works for junglers. Then there is assassinate, useless for a support considering they should never be alone. Which leaves the only other one to be biscuits, but the point of a support is the heals and defense, meaning they normally never need potions, not after early game anyway. Which in turn makes you waste a whole point in cunning since most supports shouldn't have masteries in ferocity considering they aren't meant to deal much damage. I would like there to be some sort of change so it's not so limiting but doing so could adversely affect the other champs that rely on those set of masteries so i understand it could be difficult. I just thought I'd point it out regardless.

This is for the Blue/Red and Epic monster buffs, not the Smite buffs (which are gone as you said).

Yeah, I mean I don't know how to tell you this, but Supports are an afterthought. So, welcome to League. (Yes, I'm a support main, and I'm salty)

Umm your wrong the point of ferocity is to take the talent in where when you do anything allies deal 3% more damage to the target

I mean, it's really important for the laning phase. I can't count the number of times the extra HP actually made a difference. Also, most supports tend to take refillable potion, which would last for a large portion of the game.

If anything, any champion that takes that mastery would have one less mastery, since most people don't buy potions after like 6-7 minutes.
