Is there anyway to not loose autofillprotection in remakes?

I recently played a game where I got autifilled and I played it through. The the two next games in a rows where remakes so I lost the autofillprotection. When I queued up for the third game I got autofilled...again. So now Iost the lane I wanted two games in a row due to remakes taking away the autofillprotection.
