Idea for a minor manamune rework

Really comes down to two parts,

the added damage on autos (3%) could be put into the base passive as bringing up the bonus damage to 5% of mana

change the bonus ad to base ad

upgraded form would include 10-20% cdr to compliment or builds, based off of per 100 bonus mana

this would be great for ad casters and would bring the item back in
