Lee Syndrome, and not the funny kind
Over the past few months I've been seeing a quite frustrating pattern, which has since been exasperated by the nerfs to comeback mechanics (looking at you minions). What is this problem?

The simple fact is that Lee sin has been a dominant pick in all queues as a jungler, to the point where its a rare game without a lee on one of the teams. Why is he getting picked so often, and why does he so consistently snowball to the point of no return?
Well, his kit makes playing against him in the early game very difficult, especially in soloqueue, leading to many games ending at 20 thanks to an extremely dominant lee sin.

He's extremely mobile, and all of his mobility moves bring a LOT to the table. His Q is an execute mechanic on a fairly low cooldown, and his W gives him a shield and lifesteal to win a longer duel. Not to mention with the new warding jungle item paired with the new trinkets, his mobility is unrivaled and doesn't involve too much decision making. He almost never loses anything by using his mobility unless he ward-hops or Q's into a 1v5.

His damage is among the highest for jungles that I see on a regular basis (most of which are, surprise-surprise, lee), and he can often duel anyone on the team even when building full tank besides a black cleaver. His execute on his second Q is, in my opinion, a bit much considering the base damage and the scaling of the ability, especially when paired with his ultimate in a fight.
These two primary aspects of his kit are what make him the Blind Monk, but when he is so consistently picked as a jungler and so consistently ahead by the time early game ends (even vs other early-game champions), i feel like there is a balance problem. Too much mobility, too much damage, or too much utility is being tied to these abilities.
Base damage nerfs while leaving or even buffing scaling to some of his abilities would lead to a lee sin having to build a bit squishier than he does currently to do the same damage, which would be a good thing. When you have a lee sin nuking your adc in a few seconds while only having 2 offensive items sounds like something a slow, tanky "juggernaut" (thanks for those release monstrosities btw) should be doing, not this highly mobile champion.
Nerfing his mobility is pretty much out of the question without some sort of larger rework, so perhaps removing some utility from his kit would help. Removing the execute from his Q, or perhaps removing the base damage from it entirely in exchange for a scaling damage with the execute, is one possible alternative. Another is a nerf to the shield amount in exchange for more lifesteal, or vice-versa. I'm not sure, there's likely better options that I haven't thought of.
I don't want lee sin to become the new butt of irelia jokes, but when a champion is seen on at least 1, if not both, teams 9 out of 10 times in soloqueue, then there may be a balance issue here.
