(ARAM) Over half my recent games had an AFK on my team

Explain this bullshit RIOT. I've never seen a game with such an astronomically high AFK rate. Is it just that you don't care about ARAM? If so, please have the balls to say it so I can quit the last and only thing I enjoy in this game.
