Pick/ban quotes overlapping with the ban/pick sound is awful

Pick/ban quotes are being ruined because they overlap with pick/ban sound. If the quote is low and short enough it may not even be heard or just sounds garbled. Whenever is banned for example I can barely tell what he is saying. The only reason I even what he says is because I watched a separate video that showed it. Fix this please.
