New player finally managed to save up enough to buy any champion. Who do y'all suggest?

Exactly what is says in the title. Best champs? Champs to avoid? I don't mind a learning curve.

Honestly right now I'm looking at Kindred pretty hard. I know they're off meta but I love their design so much I'm still tempted. They too bad? Should I go for the real bullshit like Yasuo?

edit A bit of history about the champs I've liked:

Vi was my absolute fav for a long time, I actually bought her before my first match because I liked her kit and design so much. Quinn also just really clicked, she's my go-to toplaner. I've done well with Lux mid and now I'm messing around with tf.

So far the only really parallels I've been able to draw are high-mobility, high damage characters that have outplay potential but not too much of a skill floor. That's part of the reason I've been looking at kindred (aside from the fantastic design). They're got decent mobility and damage with potential for flashy plays.

As for learning curves, I've got some mechanics down well and am still learning others. I actually have a ton of experience with other mobas, so most of the mechanics that I'm still getting down are ones specific to league (specific positioning and objective play, etc.)

I've mostly been looking at the highest price tier with the most complex champs, since interesting mechanics are one of the things that brought me to league in the first place. I've had a lot of fun playing champs like Illaoi and Azir (may he rest in peace) who play around placeable psuedo-units and whatnot.

It is kinda hard to give suggestions with limited data.

All I can see is that you have done fairly well with Vi and Cass. You have been playing TF a lot but not sure how you are playing him and the same goes for Quinn.

Champs I would avoid for the moment are Galio and Warwick since we have no idea how much they will change with their reworks.

More info on the kinds of champs you have liked would be useful in giving suggestions.

What playstyles do you like the most? What positions? Who do you have already?

Buy the new champion, learn the mechanics, kick everyone's butt.

I'd just buy all of the low IP champions and try out those. Once you have all of the 450/1350 IP champions, come back and tell us which roles you liked, and which champions you liked.

That will give us an idea of how you like to play, and we can make a better judgement from there.

If you're just looking for a champion to win you lots of games; it really doesn't matter which champion you pick until a high elo (high platinum I'd say.) Your mechanics and game knowledge are needed more than a 10-dps boost.

it makes no sense buying 6100 champions.

buy all of the champions that are under 4800 ip, then the rest get them from champion shards rerolling.

kindred isn't that very bad, after they buffed fervor in 6.24 she is almost 50% winrate (at least in plat+), it's just that if your team is behind she is frustrating because she is just a squishy adc. if you are shyvana/vi/hecarim it's much easier to deal with a fed mage or assassin than if you are kindred

build her properly like here http://champion.gg/champion/Kindred

be careful hunting for jungle marks, enemy sees your jungle mark places too

you get champion marks on assists too
