Whether you like it or not you start with AD, which makes it impossible to take anything else but Dorans Ring or Dark Seal, Spellthiefs or Amp. Tome. That limits variation, cuz maybe you wanted to take Corrupting Potion or Dorans Shield? Well unless you wanna get outraded heavily early on, those 4 are your only option currently.
