How to Balance Match Making

So Riot won't allow more than 2 vet to play on Academy team, because they think it will be unfair for new players.

Pretty sure no more than 2-3 Challenger will ever get que to be on the same team .

So maybe try to do the same with Silver-Plat.

Stop queing 1 Plat player with 4 Silver team mates against 5 Plat

(Riot: No, never this is fair match making base on MMR)

Yeah people got to their ranked for a damn reason but Riot wants to keep using MMR as an excuse for bad match making.
