I have reached bronze 1 and then lost my first game in B1 if i lose again will i be demoted to Bronze 2? (If someone can help me(tell me) how can i get out of bronze please help)

Depending on who/how you play. Playing Adc or mid are usually the best roles to carry in. Playing champs like Caitlyn, Jinx, Twitch, or kog'maw, I personally like Sivir. Basically adc's that strive in team fights or late game benefit in low elo sense no one really can close games quickly.
Same goes for mid lane, play champs that are late game heroes. The best that comes to mind is azir, although he can be tough to play.
