Making it a skill shot, depending on how it's implemented he would be either outright useless or simply broken.

He's sucking the blood out of you. How would they skill shot that? Reverse skill shot? He has to aim the blood Viktor E style back at himself and catch it to be healed?

Well, instead we could buff the health restore on his Q and just outright prevent his QWER from procing spell vamp. That would at least make his healing balanceable since we know exactly how much his Q would heal for since Spell Vamp healing is way too dependent on whether Vlad has VS, who has MR, is there any MR shred, what comps are more frequently going to be clustered together, etc.

Old ryze imo is better then new ryze, i dont like his passive or anything like it, miss spamming all abilites on smartcast instead of having a slow weak skillshot
