@Riot: Feedback on GLP-800

I have been playing a lot of the past couple of days, and I have been building instead of . The theorycrafting behind that decision was that since the Rylai's nerf, I wanted to add a slow into my build so I didn't feel like I needed Rylai's. And it's been going pretty well, but not well enough for me to keep doing it.

And the reason isn't stats. It's the unreliability of 's active. It's too slow and I have to think about the order in which the bolts fire. I often miss because of those two things, and that factors into the worth of the item. It's significantly less good because of the way those bolts fire.

Otherwise, becomes a pretty good replacement for both and . I'm not sure if I'm really onto anything you guys haven't thought of before, but I'd love a general comment about if any Rioters have thoughts about it. It's an interesting item, and I'd like to see it succeed in the game.
