Why is there no discussion thread for Swain's PBE changes?

From what's read on the website, you changed the mechanics of his Q, making it a Ground targeted ability, but, I currently have no way of knowing what these changes are.

I'll be patient, as I know this is a huge update, but still, I want to know what changed about my beloved Swagmaster Swain.

Also, the new Singed skin is instant buy for me. Thank you for bestowing such a beautiful skin upon me us.
